No. Setup, onboarding, and your custom AI agent build are all included at no extra cost. You only pay your monthly plan fee.
What happens if I go over my call limit? +
Additional calls are billed at $0.75 each. No surprises - you'll see your usage in real time. If you're consistently going over, we'll recommend upgrading to the next plan for more calls and features.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no paperwork.
Do I need a credit card to sign up? +
Yes - you'll enter your card through our secure Stripe checkout when you sign up. After purchase, we'll contact you within 24 hours to set up your custom AI agent. Your agent goes live within 48 hours.

How does billing work? +
All plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged when you sign up, then on the same date each month. Overage calls are billed at the end of each billing cycle at $0.75 per call.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Cancel anytime with zero fees. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing cycle. No hoops, no retention calls.
